The Christmas period can be one of the most boring holidays. But if you’re in London like me this Christmas season, there are plenty of cool events and places to visit.
Winter Wonderland is arguably one of the best places to visit during the Christmas season.
There’s still a chance to visit as Winter Wonderland doesn’t close until the 5th of January. With ice skating, the circus, the magical ice kingdom, great food stalls and rides, there is plenty of fun for you, your friends and family to enjoy.
I recently visited this attraction with my sisters and had a chance to view the magical ice kingdom. It’s full of beautiful statues made out of dry ice. The exhibition also includes an ice slide. As you’d expect, it is really cold in there so if you do go, I suggest taking gloves!
Ice skating is also a popular thing to do this Christmas season. There’s a chance to go ice skating at the Tower of London. The rink is open till the 5th of January so I recommend that you go and check it out.
Following tradition, you could go see a Panto this Christmas! Whether you’re in Bournemouth or London, there are plenty of plays to see. For a full list of London pantomimes, click here.
The Bournemouth International Centre are also holding events to celebrate the holiday season. You can see what they’ve got on here.
There’s no point sitting at home on New Years. If you’re in Bournemouth, all the big clubs are holding New Years’ parties so you definitely wont be left with nothing to do. And for Londoners, of course, you have the fireworks show at the London Eye.
So if you find yourself at a loose end this Christmas holidays, then why not try a few of these.
